PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank support structure capable of preventing deterioration of a tank in a powder and grain carrier. SOLUTION: The tank support structure in the powder and grain carrier is provided with a tank frame 1 interposed between a tank 12 storing powder and grain and a pair of right and left chassis frames 11, 10 and supporting and fixing the tank 12 to the chassis frames 11, 10. The tank frame 1 has a left frame 2 interposed between the left chassis frame 10 and the left side of the bottom part of the tank 12 and a right frame 3 interposed between the right chassis frame 11 and the right side of the bottom part of the tank 12. Each of the right and left frames 3, 2 is provided with a base part 4 jointed along the chassis frame 11, 10 and a plate part 5 erected from the base part 4 and jointed to the bottom part of the tank 12. In the vicinity of a tank shape change portion Q, a reinforcement plate 6 arranged vertically with respect to the base part 4 and jointed to the base part 4 and the bottom part of the tank 12 is provided.
