PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of a linear member, eliminating the need of an additional housing cover for housing a looped linear member, and absorbing the slack of the linear member. SOLUTION: In the arrangement structure 22 of a linear member, a variable handle stem 45 is covered by a handle stem cover 43, one side members 34, 36 disposed to one side of the handle stem 45 is connected with other side members 68, 102 disposed to the other side of the handle stem 45 by the linear members 92, 107. In the arrangement structure 22 of a linear member, the linear members 92, 107 are wound in a loop-like manner between the one side members 34, 36 and the other side members 68, 102, and the linear members 92a, 107a wound in a loop are housed in an internal space 145 of the handle stem cover 43.
