PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for regenerating a mold, wherein the sheet allows air in a mold to escape easily and exhibits excellent fillability even when the cavity has a small opening. SOLUTION: A plurality of protrusions 2 of a mold cleaning material composed of an un-vulcanized rubber composition as a major component are side by side arranged on one surface or both surfaces of a base sheet 1 composed of a paper sheet or a fabric sheet to form a strip shaped pattern. The protrusions 2 as the components of the strip shaped pattern are parallelly spaced apart from each other arranged to form an air escape space between the neighboring protrusions 2.
