A photoreceptor drum is disclosed with a charge transport layer comprising a substituted terphenyl diamine having the structure of Formula (I): wherein R₁ and R₂ are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, halogen, and phenyl; and wherein at least one of R₁ and R₂ is not hydrogen.
