A method of manufacturing a display substrate for a display apparatus is provided to prevent the deterioration of quality by damage of the display substrate by adhering the substrate to an adhesion layer including piezo-electric layer formed by a piezo-electric material. A method of manufacturing a display substrate for a display apparatus includes: forming an adhesion layer having a piezo-electric material on a supporting plate; forming a display substrate on the adhesion layer; and attaching and detaching the display substrate from the supporting plate. The adhesion layer(200) includes a piezo-electric layer(220), a first adhesion layer(210), and a second adhesion layer(230). The piezo-electric layer is made of the piezo-electric material. The first adhesion layer adheres between the piezo-electric layer and the supporting plate. The second adhesion layer adheres between the piezo-electric layer and the display substrate.
