An image display system, a display apparatus, and a display method are provided to display an actual image by selecting a speed, a location, or a time. An image display system includes a display apparatus, an image capture apparatus, and a server. The display apparatus and the image capture apparatus communicates with the server respectively. The image capture apparatus includes an imaging capture unit, a speed detector, and a controller. The server includes a mobile speed managing unit and a controller which transmits an image data from the image capture apparatus and the speed information to the server. The mobile speed managing unit manages the speed of the mobile by using speed information transmitted from the image capture apparatus. The display apparatus includes a display unit and a controller. |
