INTEGRATED TIME ERROR REDUCING DEVICE AND ITS METHOD

A cumulative time error reducing device and a method thereof are provided to reduce a time difference in comparison with a reference time by reducing the tilt of cumulative errors of the time. A cumulative time error reducing device includes a micro-computer(230), a frequency divider(240), and a phase comparator(250). The micro-computer outputs a control signal when the absolute value of a phase difference signal is equal to and more than a predetermined value. The frequency divider counts oscillation signals corresponding to the controlled number and generates a time signal by using the control signal. The phase comparator compares the phase of the time signal with the phase of a received reference signal and outputs a phase difference signal.
