An accumulation roller for a conveyer system is provided to prevent a twist phenomenon of an elastic member due to friction according to a rotation between the elastic member and a friction plate adjacent to the elastic member during the rotation of a roller. An accumulation roller for a conveyer system includes a body(1). The body has a driving unit(2), a shaft, a power transmitting unit(4), an elastic member(15), and a rotating body(5). A chain sprocket(8) receives driving power by a chain connected with the driving unit. A first rotation friction plate(6) is inserted into a friction plate insertion groove formed one side of the driving housing(27). A fixing protrusion guides a close contact insertion of a bearing. A bearing hanging protrusion grips a position of the inserted bearing. The shaft includes a snap ring(12) connected to a front end of the bearing to prevent the deviation from the bearing. A plurality of power transmission protrusions(14) transmit the power to the rotating body. A control part is formed on a rear end of a rotating body housing(35) to control the elastic force of the inserted elastic member.
