A driving circuit of an LCD device is provided to prevent the last line from being highlighted by elongating the last positive polarity pulse of a gate out enable signal. A driving circuit of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes a timing controller(210), gate and data drivers(220,230), and an LCD panel(240). The timing controller outputs control signals for controlling the gate and data drivers, and elongates a gate out enable signal by inserting a positive polarity pulse so as to synchronize with an original period. The gate and data drivers supply gate on and data signals to gate and data lines of the LCD panel, respectively. The LCD panel displays images by the gate on and data signals.
