A structure for reinforcing a rear floor for a vehicle is provided to minimize injury of a passenger caused by rear side collision by partially overlapping a front end of a bulkhead and a side sill, and to prevent damage to a fuel tank by welding an upper surface of the fuel tank, a lower end and a lower surface of the rear floor, and a flange surface in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. A structure for reinforcing a rear floor for a vehicle comprises an extension side member, and a pair of support members(30). A front end of the bulkhead overlaps with a side sill(13). A lower end of the extension side member is welded to a lower surface of the bulkhead and an upper end is welded to a lower surface of the rear floor. The support members are installed between an upper surface of a fuel tank and the lower surface of the rear floor. A lower surface is welded to the upper surface of the fuel tank longitudinally. A flange surface which is bent upward for both sides of the lower surface and horizontally bent outward is welded to the lower surface of the rear floor.
