An onboard music reproduction apparatus and a music information distribution system are provided to assign different phrases to a plurality of tracks and to reproduce the phrases as reproduction parameter in order to reproduce the music corresponding to travel environment of the vehicle. A music reproduction apparatus(1) comprises a vehicle condition information input section(20), a reproduction section, a control section, a set value storage, a travel environment information input section(10), a phrase storage, and an assignment section. The reproduction section assigns different phrases to a plurality of tracks, thus reproducing the phrases in terms of at least one reproduction parameter being controlled with respect to each track. The control section controls the reproduction parameter in response to the vehicle condition information with respect to each track. The travel environment information input section inputs the travel environment information indicating travel environment of the vehicle.
