METHOD FOR TRANSMISSION OF RETURN DATA USING DATA TRANSFER NETWORKS IN BROADCASTING SYSTEMS

A backward data transmitting method using a data transmission network in a broadcasting system and a backward data transmission managing method are provided to construct a data transmission network between terminals, thereby increasing the channel amount without a separate relay device. When direct transmission from a terminal to a base station fails, the terminal broadcasts the data packet to the base station or adjacent other terminals. When the adjacent terminal receives the broadcasted data packet(411), the terminal confirms the ID of the received data packet and discriminates whether the received data packet is the packet successively transmitted to the base station(412). When the received data packet is the packet previously transmitted to the base station, the received transmission data packet is discarded(413) and the adjacent terminal waits for the new transmission data packet. When the received data packet is not transmitted to the base station, the adjacent terminal broadcasts the received data packet to the base station or the adjacent other terminals(414).
