<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load reduction router for a network and a server, with which congestion of the server and the whole network can easily be avoided. <P>SOLUTION: The router is provided with a LAN frame reception part 1 receiving a LAN frame, a traffic engineering control part 2 receiving output of the LAN frame reception part 1, controlling a band and setting an alternative route, a routing processing part 3 receiving output of the traffic engineering control part 2 and performing a routing processing and a LAN frame transmission part 4 receiving output of the routing processing part 3 and transmitting the LAN frame.
