<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically, inexpensively and accurately grasp the number of test vehicles entering a test course by using the function of vehicle terminal equipment mounted on a test vehicle for various purposes. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor grasps the number of vehicles entering a test course based on vehicle position data transmitted from on-vehicle terminal equipment mounted on each of test vehicles.
