Electroluminescent device and method for its manufacture

The device has a functional region (5) that emits light by a spectral arrangement. A filter layer (10) is arranged at an optical path (6) of the region, and absorbs spectral portion of the light so that light is emitted by another spectral arrangement of the device. The functional region has an organic functional layer (5B) arranged on an electrode layer (5A), and another electrode layer (5C) on the functional layer. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an electroluminescent device.
