A device for improving penetration through a skin is provided to make ingredients of a patch permeate a skin more efficiently by using physical factors like vibration. A device for improving penetration through a skin includes a patch(10), a skin contact portion(15) and a vibrator(20). The patch is attached to a part of a user's face. The skin contact portion is made of a silicone material, and is attached in a specific shape to the patch and the parts of the user's face on which the patch is not attached after the patch is attached to the user's face. The vibrator is divided into a power portion(23) and a vibration generation portion(21). An adhesion portion made of a silicone material is attached to the bottom surface of the vibration generation portion. The adhesion portion is placed on the patch.
