A white light source module using a white light emitting device is provided to embody high color repeatability that couldn't have been embodied by a combination of conventional blue LED(light emitting diode) chip and red and greed phosphors by using a blue LED chip with a dominant wavelength of a specific range and red and green phosphors with color coordinates in a specific range. A blue LED chip(103) is disposed on a circuit board(101). A red phosphor(107) is excited by the blue LED chip to generate red light, disposed in the periphery of the blue LED chip. A green phosphor(105) is excited by the blue LED chip to generate green light, disposed in the periphery of the blue LED chip. The color coordinates of the red light generated by the red phosphor is positioned in a region surrounded by four vertexes of (0.5448,0.4544), (0.7079,0.2920), (0.6427,0.2905) and (0.4794,0.4633) with respect to a CIE 1931 color coordinates. The color coordinates of the green light generated by the green phosphor is positioned in a region surrounded by four vertexes of (0.1270,0.8037), (0.4117,0.5861), (0.4197,0.5316) and (0.2555,0.5030) with respect to a CIE 1931 color coordinates. The blue LED chip can be encapsulated by a resin packaging part(130) wherein the green phosphor and the red phosphor are scattered into the resin packaging part. |
