A mobile service method for providing a noiseless call function is provided to perform simple communication without noise and to prevent damage such as noise pollution to peripheral people. Access to a service providing server is performed(300). The service providing server transmits a list of voice message files stored in a database to a computer terminal(302). The service providing server receives a download request for a desired voice message file and a phone number of a radio telephone, to which the voice message file is downloaded, from the computer terminal(304,306,308). The service providing server performs calling by using the inputted phone number, and transmits the download-requested voice message file to the called radio telephone(312,314).
