METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL AND ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT EXPOSURE APPARATUS

A method of manufacturing liquid crystal display panel and an ultraviolet light exposure apparatus are provided to improve the optical efficiency of ultraviolet light by using the ultraviolet light exposure device. A method of manufacturing liquid crystal display panel includes: depositing a metal layer on a first base substrate; patterning the metal layer to have a plurality of opening parts wherein the metal layer is formed on surrounding area of the first base substrate; patterning an electrode of a thin transistor on the first base substrate to form the thin transistor; patterning a color filter layer on a second base substrate to form a color filter substrate; forming sealant at a position corresponding to the opening part of the metal layer and coupling with the thin transistor substrate and the color filter substrate; arranging the coupled substrate; and hardening the sealant by radiating ultraviolet light to the sealant.
