摘要 An apparatus for producing a guide bearing continuously is provided to improve productivity substantially by minimizing friction heat generated during press forming or cooling the friction heat promptly, thereby manufacturing the guide bearing continuously. An apparatus for producing a guide bearing continuously comprises: a feeding part for continuously feeding a metallic matrix in a predetermined pitch distance; a lubricant supply part for applying a lubricant onto the matrix that is fed through the feeding part; and a continuous manufacturing mold on which forming tools per steps are continuously installed along the proceeding direction of the matrix to form the guide bearing by processing the matrix, wherein the forming tools per steps includes: a contour line cutting part for cutting a contour line of a guide bearing area; a pilot hole punching part for punching a pilot hole into one side of the matrix; a drawing part for punching the center of the contour line of the guide bearing area to form a pipe part to the lower side of the matrix; an opening part for opening a lower portion of the formed pipe part; an ironing part for accurately processing thickness of the pipe part; a notching part for processing notch portions of the guide bearing; a blanking part for cutting an outer wall line of the guide bearing based on the notch portions; and a cutting and separating part for cutting and separating the formed guide bearing from the matrix.
