MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPLICATION OF POLYELECTROLYTES WHICH HAVE RESISTANCE TO HIGH CONDUCTIVITY DISSOLVING WATER CONDITION

A method for preparing a polymer electrolyte is provided to prevent hydrolysis of a cationic functional group even in a highly conductive dissolution condition when certain amounts of an inorganic acid and an organic acid are added upon the production of the polymer electrolyte. A method for preparing a powder type polymer coagulant includes the steps of: adding at least one addition acid to an aqueous solution of a monomer mixture having a monomer concentration of 10-40wt%, wherein an inorganic acid and an organic acid are charged in amounts of 0.01-0.5 parts by weight and 0.5-10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total batch size, respectively; removing dissolved oxygen; thereto adding at least one initiator, wherein an azo-based polymerization initiator is added in an amount of 0.01-1 parts by weight and a redox-based initiator is added in an amount of 0.01-1 parts by weight; and performing copolymerization at 0-110 °C.
