A cup holder for a vehicle is provided to put in/out a beverage container regardless of the size and shape by using a torsion spring and a support member vertically rotated. A cup holder for a vehicle comprises a cup loading part(110) formed inside a cup holder housing, a support part(120), and a torsion spring. The support, which is formed at the outer side of the cup loading part, has a support member(130) rotated around a first pin. The torsion spring, which is installed between the support part and the support member, holds a beverage container by inserting the support part into the cup loading part by the elasticity. The support member, wherein the first pin is protruded, includes a second pin protruded downward. The first and second pins, which are slid downward according to the shape of the beverage container, have a first guide groove and a second guide groove at the upper and lower parts of the support part. The torsion spring connects left and right circular torsion hooks by a tension bar.
