An oil supply circuit for a cylinder deactivation system is provided to form an oil line inside a cam shaft installed to a cylinder head, and to simplify structure of an oil supply circuit. An oil supply circuit for a cylinder deactivation system comprises an oil pump(240), a plurality of tappets(130), a first oil circuit(280), a second oil circuit and an oil line(120). The tappets control opening and closing of an intake valve and an exhaust valve. The first oil circuit is connected to the oil pump through an oil supply line(250), and supplies high pressure oil to the tappets. The second oil circuit is connected to the oil pump, and supplies oil to the tappets. The oil line formed inside a hollow cam shaft is equipped in the second oil circuit.
