A drilling unit for a scarfskin of an interior wall of a vehicle is provided to improve an aesthetic appearance of the vehicle by forming pores having minimum sizes in the scarfskin. A drilling unit for a scarfskin of an interior wall of a vehicle comprises a fixed mold(100), a pin guide(210), and a movable mold(200). A scarfskin(300) is placed on the fixed mold and intermittently moved at a predetermined time interval. The pin guide moves up and down on the fixed mold to press the scarfskin and has a plurality of pin holes(211). The movable mold is installed above the pin guide and moved up and down by a press device. The movable mold has a plurality of pins(201) to form pores(310) in the scarfskin.
