A power supply device of a plasma display apparatus is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by supplying voltages used in image and logic boards using a standby voltage without using an additional converter. A power supply device of a plasma display apparatus includes a standby voltage generator(660), a micom(680), and an output controller(670). The standby voltage generator generates a standby voltage required in the standby state of the plasma display apparatus using an AC(Alternating Current) voltage from outside. The micom controls the application time of voltages for the plasma display apparatus. The output controller receives the standby voltage and outputs the standby voltage under control of the micom for the standby voltage as a first voltage to be supplied to image or logic boards.
