A concrete form for an opening of a slab is provided to obtain compatibility with various kinds of euroforms by expanding a lower main body to make a euroform fitting portion. A concrete form for an opening of a slab comprises square-like main bodies(1a,1b), which have a stepped portion(2) between them. The lower main body has slots(3) for reinforcing bars. Blocking members(10) are installed to the lower main body to cover the slots made for the arrangement of the reinforcing bars. The concrete form further includes a euroform fitting portion(4). The euroform fitting portion is attached to the lower part of the lower main body, and provided with fastening holes(5) so that a euroform is clipped to the concrete form.
