An online game model using real data of real estate is provided to enable a user to learn a realistic investment method for real estate through an online economical simulation game, and enable a plurality of users to understand real estate investment with interest by applying the real data of the real estate to the online economical simulation game. A real estate information processing server(1000) searches, collects, and stores real estate information of real world. The real estate information processing server provides collected real estate data to game clients(100). Real estate of an online economical simulation game is traded through a realtor, a bulletin board, and auction in the game. Ranking of the gamer clients is calculated based on an earning rate of real estate investment in the game. The real data of the real estate includes at least one of a map displaying real area information or a current price of the real estate. |
