A temperature sensing valve of brake oil for a brake apparatus is provided to prevent vapor lock of a front wheel by forming an oil temperature sensing part for reducing the pressure to the front wheel when the temperature of brake oil is raised. A temperature sensing valve of brake oil for a brake apparatus comprises a master cylinder(4), a brake line(8), an inlet line(10), an oil temperature sensing part(12), and a valve piston(16). The brake line connects the master cylinder and a front wheel caliper(6). The inlet line diverged from the brake line flows in brake oil. The oil temperature sensing part joined to the inlet line senses the temperature of the brake oil. The valve piston connected to the oil temperature sensing part opens a bypass passage(14) formed at the brake line, and supplies the brake oil to the front wheel caliper. The oil temperature sensing part consists of a chamber(18) filled with the brake oil, a spring(20), and a valve plate(22) supported by the spring. The spring is manufactured by a 2-way shape memory alloy inside the chamber to be reacted at more than the temperature of 170°. |
