A multi-layer drain pipe, a method for manufacturing the same, and a cutting machine thereof are provided to improve the endurance of the drain pipe by cutting the inner circumferential surface of the drain pipe smoothly by using a cutting machine. A cutting machine of a multi-layer drain pipe includes a guide rod(20), a movable lathe(30), a support frame(40a), a rotational motor(50), a cut bite part(60), and a moving member(70). The guide rod that is able to be lifted by a lifting unit(22) is provided at the upper portion of a gas frame(21). The movable lathe is coupled to the guide rod through a guider(31). The movable lathe is moved left and right through a right and left connection unit. The support frame has a long cylindrical shape. The support frame is coupled to the upper portion of the movable lathe. The rotational motor is coupled to the end of the support frame. The cut bite part is coupled to a shaft end portion of the rotational motor. The moving member is coupled to a shaft of the rotational motor through a bearing(71) inside the cut bite.
