The present invention relates to a food product in a 3-D form comprising a jellified coating with a dairy product inside and to the process of manufacturing that food product. In particular the invention provides a food product comprising an external jellified coating and an internal filling comprising a dairy product which is completely enclosed in the external jellified coating, and the process for the manufacture of this product.
