A connection part(105) is formed as a metal pad to transmit a signal. An insulating material(110) is formed at an external side of the connection part. A ferrite core(120) surrounds the insulating material. A protection cover(130) covers the outside of the ferrite core and protects the ferrite core. The ferrite core is a ferromagnetic body.
