<p>The drive (1) for an eccentric press (2) has an eccentric shaft (14) as a take-off from one of two servo motors (11,12). The shaft is driven at different speeds for the working and transport phases. The transport phase has acceleration, transport and braking speeds. A flywheel (13) is coupled to the drive shaft (16) during the working phase, and is disengaged for the transport phase. One servo motor (11) acts as a generator during the acceleration to provide energy for the other motor (12) acting as a motor. The second motor (12) acts as a generator during braking as an electricity supply for the other motor.</p> |
