A sealing structure for a window is provided to reduce noise generated from high speed and when passing through a tunnel and to make a calm indoor room in a train by forming projections at first and sealants and bonding the sealants with the wall closely. A sealing structure for a window comprises a window frame(11) and recessed parts. The window frame is fitted to a window body(2) fixed to wall to support a window(10). The recessed parts are formed at two sides of the section of the window frame. A glass is inserted in a gap material. Sealants(19,20) are placed between ribs along the gap to seal the gap formed between the window frame. The sealants are made of a hollow elastic material. The sealants have projections to be bonded with the gap closely. |
