SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURING E-MAIL BASED ON RECEPTION

A system and a method for securing an email based on reception are provided to enable a receiver client to secure the email without linking with an external mail server or a sender client by making the sender client encode the email with a PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)-based encoding key and making the receiver client decode the encoded email with a decoding key matched with the encoding key. A public key database(145) stores a PKI-based encoding key issued from an authentication server(130) and matched with a mail account. An encoding module(123) checks the mail account of a mail server(110) receiving a mail, searches the encoding key matched with the checked mail account from the public key database, and encodes the mail arrived to the checked mail account by using the searched encoding key. A decoding module(125) decodes the encoded mail with a decoding key by receiving the decoding key matched with the encoding key issued from the authentication server from a client(400) and enables the client to view the mail by transmitting the decoded mail to the client.
