BIOGLASS THIN FILM AND PREPARATION METHOD OF THE SAME

A bio-glass thin film including calcium oxide and silicon dioxide and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to allow practical use of bio-transplantation material on bone-adhesion necessary site through vapor deposition using electro-beam. A bio-glass thin film includes bio-glass made of 40~70 weight% of calcium oxide and 30~60% silicon dioxide and deposited through electro-beam vapor deposition. A method for manufacturing the bio-glass thin film includes the steps of: mixing calcium oxide and silicon dioxide in alcohol; drying the mixed slurry; heating, pressurizing, and baking the dried powder mixture; and laminating the bio-glass on a base substrate through vapor deposition.
