<p>An indoor unit for an air conditioner is provided to independently perform a purifying operation by selectively separating a purifying unit from a heat exchanging unit. An indoor unit for an air conditioner comprises a purifying unit(200) and a heat exchanging unit(300). The purifying unit sucks indoor air to purify the indoor air. The heat exchanging unit includes the purifying unit and allows the indoor air to transfer heat using refrigerant. The purifying unit is selectively pulled from the heat exchanging unit. The purifying unit is pulled toward a front portion of the heat exchanging unit. A unit coupling part is provided at a side of the heat exchanging unit. The unit coupling part is recessed in a predetermined shape corresponding to the purifying unit.</p> |
