A rear hub for a bicycle includes a shaft (20), a hub body (10) mounted on the shaft, two races (30) each mounted between the shaft and the hub body, two tapered bearings (40) each mounted between the shaft and a respective race, a protruding pull block (23) mounted on a first end of the shaft (20) and rested on a first tapered bearing (40) and a locking nut (60) secured on a second end of the shaft (20) and rested on a second tapered bearing (40). Thus, the user only needs to screw the locking nut (60) onto the shaft to pull the pull block (23) to clamp the tapered bearings (40) and the respective races (30), so that the rear hub is assembled easily, quickly and conveniently.
