A method and a system for optimizing transmission power of a power amplifier using a battery voltage monitor are provided to prevent power output of the power amplifier from being influenced by a battery level, and to prevent the performance of the power amplifier from being changed when the battery level is changed. A mobile terminal device(150) comprises an RF(Radio Frequency) receiver(153a), an RF transmitter(153b), a T/R switch(152) and a digital base band processor terminal(150). An antenna(151) is able to be connected with the T/R switch through communication. If the T/R switch is set as 'R' or reception, the antenna is able to be connected with the RF receiver through the communication. And the T/R switch is set as 'T'or transmission, the antenna is able to be connected with the RF transmitter.
