An ultrasonic wave generating apparatus is provide to allow generation and transmission of ultrasonic waves by direct air coupling as an ultrasonic apparatus using multiple flexible transducers. An ultrasonic wave generating apparatus comprises: a backing layer(101); at least one flexible ultrasonic transducer array(102); at least one flexible circuit(103); and a mask body including an encapsulating layer(104) on the backing layer to protect the flexible ultrasonic transducer array and the flexible circuit by encapsulation; and an electronic controlling module(105) to perform electrical communication with the above mask body.
