A droplet mixture spray device is provided to reduce the amount of fire-extinguishing water and the time of extinguishing fire by making the droplet of fire fighting water cover the surface. A droplet mixture spray device includes a gas turbine device(10), a discharge valve(32), a collector(40) and a discharge nozzle(52). The gas turbine device includes a starting motor(12), a compressor(14), a burner(20) and a turbine. The discharge valve burns a part of the air that is compressed on the compressor and supplies it to a turbine body(18). The collector generates droplet mixture through the mixing of exhaust gas of the gas turbine device, high pressure air discharged by the discharge valve and the water passing through a spray nozzle(34), and is connected to the downstream of the turbine body.
