A device and a method for providing an AD(ADvertisement), reservation, and purchase service using an AD frame capable of storing/changing information are provided to enable a user to check detail information of a performance or goods, and reserve and buy a ticket or the goods through the wireless Internet by installing an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag to the AD frame including an AD poster and reading the RFID tag with a mobile terminal including an RFID module. An AD frame(100) includes an AD poster for advertising a performance or goods, and an RFID tag(110) stores detail information for the performance or the goods, and is attached to one side of the AD frame. A mobile terminal(200) includes an RFID module(210) for reading the detail information from the RFID tag, displays the details information in a screen, and reserves or buys the performance or the goods by selection of a user checking the detail information. A server(400) stores AD poster information, RFID tag installation information, and purchase/reservation information to a database. The server controls payment according to reservation or purchase, and transmits a result to the mobile terminal when selection data is received from the mobile terminal through the network(300).
