<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-resistant paper container with good sealability which is free from deformation of and peeling a lid material or a container body even if there is a change such as an increase/decrease of an internal pressure. SOLUTION: A paper container 110 comprising a body 111 and a bottom 112 including paper as a main layer and equipped with a plastic layer on an internal face of the container is mounted on an injection-molding mold. After it is mold-clamped, molten plastic is injected. Thus a container body 100 is equipped with a plastic ring 120 having a peripheral wall 121 and an adhesive part to be engaged with a lid on an opening at an upper rim of the body, a pillar-like protection part 130 provided on an overlap on an internal face of the Container of the body, and a circular protection part 140 provided on a coupling between the body and the bottom. After a top plate 210 comprising a laminate film is mounted in an injection-molding mold and mold-clamped, molten plastic is injected to provide the plastic lid 200 equipped with a circular protection part 220 having an engaging part 222 and an adhesive part 223 with the container body along an outer periphery of the top plate. Then the container body 100 is engaged with the circular protection part 220 of the lid on the plastic ring 120 by the lid 200 and heat-fused via a circular film 300 for sealing.</p> |
