<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrap tire-regenerated rubber body which is made of scrap tires and fit for application to an anti-slip road surface etc. <P>SOLUTION: The scrap tire-regenerated rubber plate is obtained by annularly separating both side wall portions of a tire from a tread portion and shoulder portions of the tire to form rubber cylindrical body, cutting one portion of the rubber cylindrical body perpendicularly to a circumferential direction, and pressing and flatly spreading the cylindrical body. The part of a wire embedded in the rubber plate is pressed so as to be squeezed out of a carcass layer, and therefore the wire is partly protruded from the carcass layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
