An auto probe inspection apparatus for inspecting an LCD panel is provided to improve the working efficiency and develop the productivity by reducing tiredness of workers. An auto probe inspection apparatus for inspecting an LCD panel(111) includes an observation part, a moving part, a jig(130), a upper jig setting table, and a lower jig setting table(115b). The observation part detects the LCD panel. The moving part moves the LCD panel vertically and horizontally. The jig applies an electrical signal to the LCD panel by contacting a pad of the LCD panel. The upper jig setting table installs on the upper side of the observation part, and the lower jig setting table installs on the lower side of the observation part. A camera(117) arrays the LCD panel to the upper jig setting table and the upper jig setting table. |
