An intelligent mirror system for a vehicle is provided to allow a driver to have a wide visual field when driving a slope road by automatically adjusting an angle of a rear view mirror or a side view mirror. An intelligent mirror system for a vehicle comprises a body control module(30) that receives input signals from various sensors to determine the present status of the vehicle. The body control module adjusts the angle of a rear view mirror(10) or a rear side mirror(20) based on the present status of the vehicle. A vertical-direction control motor and a horizontal-direction control motor are installed in the rear view mirror and the rear side mirror, respectively. An encoder is installed on a rotating shaft of the horizontal-direction control motor to check the initial position and variation of the vehicle.
