A side view mirror assembly equipped with a mirror vibration reducing device is provided to employ a fixing roller provided at a rear surface of the mirror attachment plate, a cable passing through the fixing roller, and a cable tensile force maintaining unit provided at a predetermined position of the cable. A side view mirror assembly includes a case(10), a mirror(100), a mirror attachment plate(40), and a mirror vibration reducing device(80). The mirror is installed inside the case. The mirror attachment plate is interposed between the mirror and the case, so that the mirror is attached to the front surface of the mirror attachment plate. The mirror vibration reducing device is installed at a rear surface of the mirror attachment plate to adjust the direction of the mirror. The mirror vibration reducing device maintains a constant tensile force so that the vibration of the mirror is reduced at high speed driving of a vehicle.
