An apparatus for removing floating matter in a sewage disposal tank is provided to improve the sewage disposal efficiency considerably in a final settling pond by transferring and collecting the scum such that the collected scum is separately discharged while moving blades along a sludge collector without receiving an influence of a discharge channel when transferring and collecting scum on a surface of sewage. In a final settling pond(100) for removing sludge settled on the bottom of the settling pond, after a mixed solution discharged from a bioreactor is separated into solids and liquid, while moving forward and backward a discharge channel(110) installed from a middle part to a rear part of a settling pond and a sludge collector(200) having a siphon conduit for sucking sludge, an apparatus for removing floating matter in a sewage disposal tank comprises: a support(300) mounted on the settling pond in the lateral direction of the settling pond; mounts(320) installed under the support; blades(330) installed on the mounts to transfer and collect scum on a surface of sewage; drive wheels(340) axially installed at both sides of the support and placed on the guide rails; guide rails(400) installed on both side walls of the settling pond to guide movements of the drive wheels; connecting members formed on upper rear faces of the support and removably connected to the joining members; stop parts(410) positioned on rear end portions of the guide rails; joining members formed from the stop parts to front faces of the sludge collector; and a scum discharge path(500) for separating the collected scum. Further, connecting grooves having a tapered catching part are formed at the connecting members of the support.
