An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lighting device is provided to prevent a loss of a light by implementing a simple installation without a connection unit. An LED lighting device includes a body(30), at least one magnet(50), and a transparent protective cover(70). The body has a light source unit installation groove(31) and a magnet groove(33) for the installation of the magnet. The light source unit installation groove has a PCB contacting plane for a light source unit(10). The body made of a metal performs a radiating function. The magnet is inserted and installed into the magnet groove of the body. The magnet winds the body to a structure with a magnetic force. The transparent protective cover is installed on the body, and protects the light source unit from moisture and a foreign substance. The transparent protective cover has a light guiding unit which guides a light of the light source unit. A stopping unit for detaching/attaching the protective cover is protrusively formed on light/right sides of the light source unit installation groove. A fixed unit is formed to be corresponding to the stopping unit on the protective cover.
