A memory card unified with an antenna in a single body is provided to make a spatial profit and to save a cost by implementing a radio communication antenna in a spared space. An SIM(Subscriber Identification Module) card(100) includes an SIM memory(110), an antenna(120), a ground pin(130) and a feed pin(140). If the antenna is formed via an etching process on the SIM card, a pad for a single feed port is added onto the SIM card, and gets connected to the antenna by using the ground pin previously formed on the SIM card. In other words, the feed pin of the antenna is connected to the pad for the single feed port for data communication, and grounds with a PCB via the ground pin. An end of a card socket adjacent to the PCB has no ground such that it does not influence properties of the antenna. |
