An array substrate of liquid crystal display device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to improve yield by operating another transistor although short is generated. An array substrate of liquid crystal display device includes a substrate(100), a gate line(120), a gate electrode(125), a data line(130), two thin transistors, and a pixel electrode. The gate line is formed in one direction on the substrate. The gate electrode extends to the gate line. The data line defines a pixel region(P) by intersecting to the gate line perpendicularly. Two thin transistors are connected parallel corresponding to a unit pixel region in the intersection area between the gate line and the data line. The pixel electrode contacts to the thin transistors. The thin transistors includes a gate electrode, an active layer(140), an ohmic contact layer, a source electrode(132), and a drain electrode(134). |
